Introduction

Welcome to Neravine. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of offerings provided by Neravine via neravina.pro. By using our services, information products or goods, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Neravine offers custom software development, maintenance, and consulting. Due to the tailored nature of these services, all engagements begin upon confirmation. If you cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted given resource allocation. However, you may reschedule the service date by providing at least 7 days notice. Requests to reschedule should be sent via contact form. All requests are subject to availability.

2. Information Products

Information products include e-books, tutorials, and templates. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product. To submit a request, use the contact form. After a product has been accessed, all sales are final due to instant delivery. Approved refunds will be processed as account credits applied to future purchases.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items ordered from Neravine may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a send-back, contact us via contact form with proof of purchase. Upon approval, we will issue a send-back authorization. Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Once a sent-back item arrives and passes inspection, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Credits are applied to the original payment source. For accounts with unused credits, these may be applied toward future purchases. No cash refunds are offered beyond the above terms.

5. Changes to Terms

Neravine may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance.
